BENIMESTIC MARINA ALTA
Air conditioning in Teulada
Air conditioning and aerothermal heat pumps in Teulada for villas, second homes and renovations: ducted Daikin systems with zoning, multi-split and maintenance.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Comfort and control for second homes.
Teulada and its coast have many villas and homes used part of the year, with rooms used at very different times. We study the layout, the space for ducts and outdoor units, noise and how to control the air conditioning when the house is empty.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Aerothermal heat pumps
Heating, cooling and hot water with an air-to-water heat pump, with underfloor heating or fan coils.
Seasonal maintenance
Preventive checks before the season so the system is ready when you arrive.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Homes used part of the year
In second homes it is worth servicing the units before the busiest months and choosing equipment with compatible remote control. In villas with several zones we consider ducted systems with zoning or multi-split, depending on the design of the house.

Common questions in Teulada.
Do you cover Teulada and Moraira?
Yes, we work in Teulada, Moraira and the rest of the Marina Alta from our base in La Nucía.
Can I control the air conditioning remotely?
There are Wi-Fi and control solutions for many systems. We check that the equipment is compatible before recommending one.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
