ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Comfort designed for Altea.
In Altea, how the system blends into the house matters as much as the machine. We study the room layout, the space available for ducts and outdoor units, insulation and noise, especially in villas and renovated homes.
We work all over Altea, from the old town, Altea la Vella, L'Olla and Cap Negret to Altea Hills, Mascarat and the urbanisations towards La Nucía and Polop, a few minutes from our base in La Nucía.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Split and multi-split
For bedrooms or renovations with little ceiling space, with careful placement of the indoor and outdoor units.
Aerothermal for villas
Heating, cooling and hot water for villas with underfloor heating or radiators, after calculating the heat load.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Villas and renovations where looks matter
In a renovation it pays to plan the pipe routes, drains and air outlets before ceilings are closed. In multi-storey villas we design zoning so each floor and room can be controlled independently.

Common questions in Altea.
Can you install ducted air conditioning during a renovation in Altea?
Yes, as long as the ceiling space allows proper air distribution. We check ceiling heights, routes, return air and drainage before quoting.
Is aerothermal suitable for a villa with underfloor heating?
It can be a very good option. We calculate the heat load and check the hydraulic circuit and controls first.
Which parts of Altea do you cover?
All of Altea: the old town, Altea la Vella, L'Olla, Cap Negret, Altea Hills, Mascarat and the urbanisations towards La Nucía and Polop. Our base in La Nucía is a few minutes away.
Can you help if I am not in Spain all year?
Yes. We can keep you updated by phone, email or WhatsApp while you are away.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
