ABOUT BENIMESTIC
A local installer since 2004.
Whether you live here all year or spend part of it on the coast, you need an air-conditioning system that is sized correctly, quiet, efficient and easy to service. We visit the property, check the rooms, insulation, orientation and where the outdoor unit can go, and design the system around the way you use the house.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Ducted air conditioning
One concealed unit in the false ceiling feeds discreet grilles in every room. With Airzone zoning each room has its own thermostat.
Aerothermal heat pumps
Heating, cooling and hot water from one Daikin heat pump, suitable for villas with underfloor heating or radiators.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Systems designed for the coastal climate
Hot, humid summers and salty sea air are hard on outdoor units. We choose the location and supports of the outdoor unit carefully, plan condensate drainage and leave easy access for servicing, so the system keeps working well for years.

No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.

A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
