BENIMESTIC MARINA ALTA
Air conditioning in Calpe
Air conditioning installation and maintenance in Calpe for seafront apartments, villas and holiday homes, with Daikin split, ducted and heat pump systems.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Comfort for homes by the sea.
Many homes in Calpe are seafront apartments or holiday homes that stay closed for part of the year. We design systems that are efficient, quiet and easy to service, and can add remote control so you can switch on the air conditioning before you arrive.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Ducted systems
Concealed air conditioning for villas and larger apartments, with zoning by room.
Maintenance for holiday homes
Seasonal checks so the system is ready when you arrive.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Seafront apartments and holiday homes
Salt air shortens the life of badly placed outdoor units. We choose a protected, ventilated location and leave access for maintenance, and recommend seasonal servicing for homes that are not used all year.

Common questions in Calpe.
Can I control the air conditioning remotely?
Yes. With Wi-Fi or Airzone control you can switch the system on and adjust it from your phone, which is useful for holiday homes.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
