Underfloor heating and fan coils
Low-temperature heating that gets the most out of the heat pump. With fan coils or underfloor cooling, the same system can also cool in summer.

Aerothermal heat pumps on the Costa Blanca
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water from one Daikin air-to-water heat pump, for villas, homes and renovations in Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Jávea, Moraira and the rest of the province of Alicante.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
One system, all year round.
An aerothermal heat pump takes energy from the outside air to heat water for underfloor heating, radiators or fan coils and for your domestic hot water, and it can also cool the house in summer. With the mild winters of the Costa Blanca, it is one of the most efficient ways to heat a home.
Every installation starts with a free visit. We calculate the heat load of the house, check the existing heating circuit and emitters (underfloor heating, radiators or fan coils), and decide where the outdoor unit and the hot-water tank can go.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Replacing an old boiler
We replace oil, gas or electric boilers and old heat pumps with a Daikin aerothermal system, adapting the existing hydraulic installation where possible.
Domestic hot water
Hot water for the whole house from the same heat pump, with a tank sized for the number of people and bathrooms.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Replacing an existing system
Many villas still run on oil or gas boilers or on old heat pumps. When we replace them, we check the pipes, the emitters and the water temperature they need, and adapt the hydraulic connections so the new heat pump works efficiently. In El Campello, for example, we replaced an old Climaveneta unit with a Daikin EBLA heat pump and adapted the connections to the existing outdoor location.

Questions about aerothermal heat pumps.
Can aerothermal heating work with my existing radiators?
In some cases, yes. It depends on the heat loss of the house and the water temperature the radiators need. We check this during the visit; sometimes emitters or insulation need to be improved.
What is the difference between aerothermal and air conditioning?
Both use heat pumps. An aerothermal (air-to-water) system heats or cools water for underfloor heating, fan coils and hot water; a split (air-to-air) system heats or cools the indoor air directly.
How much does an aerothermal installation cost?
Every quote is personalised. The price depends on the power required, whether it covers heating, cooling and hot water, the emitters and the works needed, so we always see the property first. The visit and quote are free, and you receive the quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an aerothermal installation take?
It depends on the power of the unit and the type of installation, for example replacing an existing system or installing a new one with underfloor heating. We give you the timing in the quote.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
