Air conditioning in Albir
Installation, repair and maintenance of air conditioning in Albir for apartments near the beach, villas and holiday homes, with an English-speaking team a few minutes away in La Nucía.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Your local installer, in English.
Albir, part of l'Alfàs del Pi, mixes apartments near the beach and the promenade, villas in the urbanisations climbing towards the Serra Gelada and many homes whose owners spend part of the year abroad. We visit the property, check the rooms, orientation and where the outdoor unit can go, and send you a personalised quote.
If you are not in Spain, we agree with you how to arrange the visit and keep you updated by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Ducted for villas
Concealed air conditioning in the false ceiling, with grilles in each room and zoning so every room has its own thermostat.
Holiday-home servicing
Preventive maintenance before the summer so the system is ready when you arrive, with Wi-Fi control where the equipment allows it.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Seaside apartments and homes used part of the year
Salty sea air is hard on badly placed outdoor units, so we choose a ventilated, protected location and leave access for servicing. In apartments we check what the community of owners allows and how condensate will drain. Homes that stay closed for months benefit from a check before the summer.

Common questions in Albir.
Which parts of Albir do you cover?
All of Albir: the centre, the beach and promenade area and the urbanisations of Albir and l'Alfàs del Pi. Our base in La Nucía is a few minutes away.
Can you help if I am not in Spain all year?
Yes. We agree with you how to arrange the visit and keep you updated by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Do I need permission from the community of owners?
It depends on the building rules and whether the outdoor unit affects the facade or common areas. We check this with you before quoting.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
SERVICE AREA
