ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Ten minutes from our base.
L'Alfàs del Pi is right next to our base in La Nucía. We look at orientation, insulation, the number of rooms and the installation conditions of each home before recommending the right power and system. Looking for Albir? See our page for air conditioning in Albir.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Multi-split for apartments
Several indoor units on one outdoor unit, designed around the rooms and the available space.
Preventive maintenance
Filters, drainage and performance checks to catch problems before the months of heavy use.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Apartments with specific installation conditions
In an apartment it is important to check where the outdoor unit may go, how condensate will drain and what the community of owners allows. In homes with several rooms, multi-split or ducted systems can be more comfortable to use.

Common questions in l'Alfàs del Pi.
Can one outdoor unit cool a whole apartment?
Often yes, with a multi-split or ducted system, after calculating the power and layout.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
