BENIMESTIC MARINA ALTA
Air conditioning in Jávea
Air conditioning and heat pumps for villas and apartments in Jávea (Xàbia): ducted systems with zoning, split units and aerothermal heating and hot water.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Villas that need a proper design.
Many properties in Jávea are large villas on several levels, where a single machine is rarely the best answer. We calculate the load room by room and propose zoning, ducted systems or aerothermal heat pumps according to how the house is used.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Aerothermal heat pumps
Heating, cooling and hot water for villas with underfloor heating or radiators.
Split and multi-split
For apartments and individual rooms.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Large villas on several levels
In multi-level villas we design zoning so each floor can be controlled separately, and we plan the location of the outdoor units to keep noise away from terraces and bedrooms.

Common questions in Jávea.
Do you replace old air conditioning or oil boilers?
Yes. We study replacing old systems with modern Daikin air conditioning or aerothermal heat pumps after checking the existing pipes, electrics and drainage.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
