BENIMESTIC MARINA ALTA
Air conditioning in Benissa
Air conditioning and heat pumps for villas, new-build homes and renovations in Benissa and its coast: ducted systems with zoning, split units and aerothermal heating.
ABOUT BENIMESTIC
Villas with different zones.
A villa in Benissa may combine living areas, bedrooms used only some of the year and technical spaces on different levels. We study the loads and installation routes to balance efficiency, low noise, how the system blends into the architecture and easy access for servicing.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.
WHAT WE DO
Three ways to keep your home comfortable.
Aerothermal heat pumps
Air-to-water heat pumps combined with underfloor heating, fan coils or hot water, depending on the project.
Villa maintenance
Preventive servicing for homes used all year or seasonally.
LOCAL KNOW-HOW
New builds: plan the system early
In a new build it pays to coordinate the air conditioning with the architect from the early stages, so false ceilings, pipe routes, manifolds and space for heat pumps, ventilation and controls are reserved before they are closed.

Common questions in Benissa.
Can you work with my builder or architect?
Yes. We work on new builds and renovations, coordinating the installation with the other professionals on site.
Ducted or split units for a villa?
It depends on the design, the ceiling space, the zoning you want and the number of rooms. We assess it during the visit.
Do you charge for the visit or the quote?
No. The site visit and the quote are free and with no obligation. We send the written quote within 24 to 48 hours after the visit.
How much does it cost to install air conditioning?
Every home is different, so we do not publish standard prices. The quote depends on the rooms, the system (split, multi-split or ducted), the length of the pipe runs and where the outdoor unit can go. After a free visit you get a personalised quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does an installation take?
A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
Do you speak English?
Yes. We can help you in English by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Are you a registered installer?
Yes. Benimestic has been working since 2004 and is a registered air-conditioning installation company in the Valencia region, registration number 10-B-E20-03064778.
