Finestrat has many detached houses and urbanisations with homes on several floors, where it makes sense to control each area separately. From our base in La Nucía, close by, we calculate the load on each floor, the space for ducts and where the outdoor units can go.
Benimestic Climatización was founded in Benidorm in 2004 and is now based in La Nucía. We install, repair and maintain air conditioning, aerothermal heat pumps and ventilation, working mainly with Daikin equipment and Airzone controls. The site visit and quote are free, the quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours, and every installation has a 3-year warranty on equipment and labour.

In a two-storey house in Sierra Cortina, between Benidorm and Finestrat, we installed two Daikin ADEAS71 ducted units, one for each floor. Separating the floors lets you adjust comfort to how each area is used and makes servicing simpler.

A split air conditioner is usually installed in about 7 days from acceptance of the quote. Ducted systems and aerothermal heat pumps depend on the power required and the works involved.
What warranty do you give?
Benimestic gives a 3-year warranty covering both the equipment and the installation.
